Go Canucks Go
Canucks is the name of an ice hockey team whose home arena is in Vancouver.
Ice hockey is the Canadian national sport.
(Also, lacrosse is the Canadian national sport.)
Finally, I watched a hockey game at Rogers Arena, Canucks' home arena.
Some tenants sell food, drinks and Canucks goods.
Actually, Canucks is not a strong team, but they are making a great record this season.
The opponent was St. Louis Blues.
Their record is so so this season.
Canucks had no choice without winning today XD
The game started at 7 pm.
The arena was full.
First, all of us sang the Canadian national song together.
Then, the game started :)
I came to grips with the rules but some rules were beyond me...
A game has 3 periods and each period is 20 minutes.
The opponent made a goal in the first period...!!!
Nooooooooo!!!
Don't worry. It's the first period. It's not time to be sweated yet.
Audiences screamed "Go Canucks go!", "Come on boys!", "Shoot the pack!".
I screamed a lot with them :D
Canucks made a goal in the last 5 minutes!
The audiences were super excited! So was I!!!!!!
The game went into overtime and Canucks lost...
How unfortunate loss!
However, it was a really close and exciting game!!
It does stick in my mind.
I'm gonna go to another game and win someday!
